Who can use this service?

Eligible Nigerians living abroad who need a BVN, a NIN or an update to an existing record. Every application is subject to the official regulatory requirements.

How long does the biometric capture take?

About 15 minutes at our office. Your official slip is processed shortly after your capture.

What documents do I need?

Usually your birth certificate and the data page of your passport, plus your NIN slip if you already have one. You can upload a valid ID with your form, and we confirm anything else you need before your appointment.

How do I pay?

You pay securely online straight after the form, on our payment page. The amount depends on the service you choose, and you get a receipt by email.

When do I book my appointment?

You choose a preferred day and time in the form. As soon as your payment is confirmed, we confirm your appointment by email.

What do the fees include?

Processing, administrative handling and your biometric capture.

Can you reactivate a suspended NIN?
